Returns, exchanges, and unopened botanicals.

Verdiqe ships natural soaps, oils, and skincare that must stay sealed for hygiene. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Opened, used, or personally mixed products cannot be returned. If a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact the site administrator on WhatsApp with your order number, photos, and delivery date. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after the warehouse receives the goods.

Checkout requires your email, phone, and delivery address so we can arrange collection or a replacement shipment. For any other question, message the Verdiqe administrator on WhatsApp from the button on the left of the storefront.
